A luxury bonbon should be a real eye-catcher and, of course, also taste delicious. That is why we make our exclusive bonbons from Grand Cru Chocolate in our chocolate shop in Tilburg. Only the most exclusive cocoa beans, years of experience and passionate craftsmanship result in the Grand Cru chocolates of the Swiss chocolate producer Felchlin. 'Grand Cru' means that the cocoa beans are of superior quality and come from one unique cocoa plantation. Due to this unique origin, each Grand Cru chocolate has specific and intense aromas that are tasty because of the traditional production process.
Exclusive bonbons
Respecting the unique taste of the different Grand Cru chocolates, we have developed nine unique recipes for our exclusive handmade bonbons in our chocolaterie in Tilburg. The bonbons are filled with a ganache that perfectly matches the basic taste of the respective Grand Cru chocolate. Behind every bonbon there is a specific story regarding the origin of the chocolate or unique ingredient used in the ganache. Ganache
In a chocolate shop you quickly come across all kinds of specific terms, including the term ganache. A ganache is a filling for pastries made of chocolate and cream. In order to obtain a creamy ganache, the ratio between the Grand Cru chocolate and, for example, a fruit puree is a very delicate thing. A true secret of our Pastry Chef Tom Stalpers!

Until this date, the quality of the product is good. To keep the quality optimal, we advise you to keep the product cool.
This means it is best to keep the product cool, dark and dry at a temperature between 16 and 18 °C.
