A refined alcohol-free sparkling wine and handcrafted chocolates make the perfect thank-you for any occasion.Contents of this luxury gift set:An alcohol-free sparkling Rosé called Leichtsinniger Genuss Rosé from the Faubel wineryThe drawer contains a mix of our handmade chocolates and chocolate trufflesAlcohol-Free Sparkling RoséThere are many reasons to choose an alcohol-free alternative. That’s why we offer a gift set featuring an alcohol-free sparkling Rosé. With this lively, light sparkling Rosé, you can toast just as joyfully to all of life’s milestones! This alcohol-free sparkling Rosé comes from the German wine region Pfalz and is sourced directly from the Faubel winery in Maikammer. Pfalz, Germany’s second-largest wine region, is renowned for its Riesling and various Burgunder grape varieties, including Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris), Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc), and Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir), all originating from French Burgundy. This alcohol-free sparkling Rosé is made from the Pinot Noir grape. The production of alcohol-free wine differs slightly from traditional winemaking, adding an extra step. First, the grapes are turned into wine, then the wine is gently heated, similar to the distillation method used in whisky production. Heating, in a vacuum process, removes the alcohol at a low temperature of 28-38°C. Higher temperatures would strip the wine of its aroma, leaving a sour taste. A secondary fermentation in the bottle then transforms it into an alcohol-free sparkling Rosé that retains the refreshing character of a light summer Rosé.Flavor Profile and Serving Temperature of Alcohol-Free Sparkling RoséThe alcohol-free sparkling Rosé has a light pink hue with lively notes of fresh fruit, featuring the playful sweetness of red berries and plums. The alcohol-free Leichtsinniger Genuss Rosé is best enjoyed at a temperature of 5-7°C.This alcohol-free sparkling Rosé is ideal as a refreshing aperitif or simply for enjoyment. The Grand Cru chocolates or Vegan Passionfruit Truffles are an excellent way to conclude a meal and pair beautifully with espresso.Alcohol-Free Sparkling Rosé Combined with Our Handcrafted ChocolateAlong with the refined alcohol-free sparkling Rosé, this gift set includes our handmade chocolates. Grand Cru Pinot Noir and Grand Cru Chocolate. A luxury gift set with a beautiful red wine called Kostbar Pinot Noir and handmade chocolate for all your precious relations. Contents of this luxury gift set: A red wine called Kostbar Pinot Noir (2020) from the Faubel winery; Choice of our handmade Grand Cru Bonbons or handmade Grand Cru Truffles; If desired, a card with personalized text can be included in the shopping cart. Red wine Kostbar Pinot Noir This Kostbar Pinot Noir comes from the German wine region of Palatinate and we purchased it ourselves from the Faubel winery located in Maikammer. The wine region of Palatinate is the second largest wine region in Germany and, in addition to Riesling, is known for its various burgunder grape varieties. Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris), Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc) and Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) are the German names for the grape varieties originally from French Burgundy. As far as we are concerned, this Pinot Noir is not inferior to a Pinot Noir from Burgundy. This is because the Kostbar Pinot Noir is a quality wine that has the designation "Grosse Lage" according to German wine legislation, coming from the vineyard "Kapellenberg. In other words, it is a Grand Cru wine. A real quality wine that will certainly surprise Burgundy lovers! Taste Profile and Drinking Temperature Precious Pinot Noir
The Korstbar Pinot Noir is characterized by a deep red color and aromas of red berries and wild strawberries. The wine has an intense taste of ripe fruit and a soft finish. It is a very accessible red wine that could use some air just before serving. Hence, we recommend pouring this wine over into a decanter about an hour before serving to allow good oxygen to reach it. The wine can then be served at a temperature of 16-18C. The Precious Pinot Noir pairs perfectly with meat and game dishes, but is also a good match with a cheese board. The Grand Cru Bonbons or Grand Cru Truffles are then a great ending to a dinner and go perfectly with an espresso.
Should you want to leave the wine for a while, you can do so as well. This Pinot Noir has a storage potential of 7 years. Kostbar Pinot Noir paired with Grand Cru Bonbons or Truffles Of course, there's nothing more festive than gifting wine paired with chocolate. When ordering this gift set, you can choose from our Grand Cru Bonbons or Grand Cru Truffles as far as chocolate is concerned. After all, with a Grand Cru wine comes Grand Cru chocolate! If you want to know more about the flavors of our Grand Cru Bonbons, you can read more about them here. The Grand Cru Champagne Truffles are characterized by the taste of a Blanc de Blanc Champagne and the Grand Cru Champange Rosé Truffles are characterized by the taste of a Rosé Champagne.

A luxurious, stylish gift set with a stunning sparkling wine and handcrafted chocolates is the perfect thank-you for any occasion.Contents of this luxury gift set:A sparkling wine called Kostbar Burgunder Cuvée Sekt from the Faubel wineryThe drawer contains a mix of our handmade chocolates and chocolate trufflesSparkling Wine Kostbar Burgunder Cuvée SektThis sparkling wine, or "Sekt," comes from the German wine region Pfalz and has been personally sourced from the Faubel winery in Maikammer. Pfalz is Germany's second-largest wine region, renowned for its Riesling and various Burgunder grape varieties. The German names for the grapes originating from the French Burgundy region are Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris), Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc), and Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir). In addition to Riesling, traditional French Burgundy grape varieties are often used to make German Sekt. This Kostbar Burgunder Cuvée Sekt is made from Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir grapes using the traditional "Méthode Traditionelle" from the Champagne region. This means the Sekt undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle and matures for 48 months. Typically, a dosage is added after the vinification of sparkling wine, and depending on the sugar content, it is labeled "Brut" or "Demi-sec." This Sekt is non-dosage, making it a Brut Nature Sekt.In our opinion, this Sekt rivals a Champagne from the Champagne region. As a quality wine, it bears the designation "Grosse Lage" under German wine law, equivalent to a Grand Cru sparkling wine. A true quality wine and an excellent choice for Champagne lovers seeking an elegant yet characterful sparkling wine!Flavor Profile and Serving Temperature Kostbar Burgunder Cuvée SektThe Kostbar Burgunder Cuvée Sekt is a stylish sparkling wine with great elegance. It features a rich yet complex body with a delicate brioche note, is lightly mineral, and has a fine mousse. The Sekt is best served at a temperature between 6-8°C. To achieve this, place the bottle in the refrigerator two hours before serving. If you have unexpected guests and wish to serve the Sekt, do not put it in the freezer! This could impair the delicate aromas of this Sekt. Instead, place it in a mixture of cold water, ice, and a pinch of salt for quick chilling to the perfect serving temperature. The Kostbar Burgunder Cuvée Sekt is excellent as an aperitif and pairs well with fish dishes. The Grand Cru Champagne truffles are a delightful conclusion to a dinner and pair perfectly with espresso. If you’d like to keep the sparkling wine for a while, it has an aging potential of 3 years.Kostbar Burgunder Cuvée Sekt in Combination with Our Handmade ChocolateAlong with the fine bubbles, this gift set includes our handmade chocolates. During one of our wine tours in Europe, we discovered winery Faubel in the German wine region of Palatinate. This winery grows several Burgunder grape varieties in addition to Riesling. The wines they make from these are not inferior to a tasty Pinot Noir from French Burgundy or a sparkling bubble from the Champagne region. Since 1934, the Faubel winery has been making elegant and pure wines of surprisingly good quality. Moreover, they use no pesticides in the vineyard which benefits people and the environment. The wines of wine house Faubel form a refined combination with our luxury chocolate.
Our luxury chocolates in combination with wine
Chocolate can be given as a gift in various compositions in combination with wine. Not only because they are beloved products separately, but also because wine and chocolate go well together. In addition to wine tastings, these days tastings are also organized to "pair" wine and chocolate. Our gift sets with wine and chocolate can also be used for such tastings, but can also be enjoyed separately. With each gift set, we have suggested a good wine and food pairing. In addition, we have indicated under what conditions the wine and chocolate are best served. This way, the person who has received a gift box can read everything at his or her leisure.
Wine and chocolate in luxury black gift box
All gift packages with wine and chocolate are packaged in a luxury black gift box. The wine is placed at the top of this luxury gift box and held in place with black filling material. A flap allows this part of the gift box to be opened and closed. The luxury handmade chocolates or truffles are placed in a drawer at the bottom of the gift box. Each bonbon or truffle is placed individually in a paper cup so that they are also held securely in place during transport. Finally, the gift set is packaged in a dark green sleeve, so that the gift also immediately looks beautiful during giving. For the givers: have fun giving. And for the recipients: enjoy this beautiful gift box combining quality wine with luxury chocolate!
